ALL MY CHILDREN

APRIL 25, 2002

PREVIOUSLY ON - - - ALL MY CHILDREN

Greenlee: Whoa.

Officer: The contents of your hotel safe have been confiscated.
Leo: "Search the premises of --" you got to be kidding. On what grounds?
Officer: Ongoing criminal investigation.

Tad: I am sorry, Sweetheart, but you have lousy taste in men.

Edmund: Get out of this house now.

Adam: Liza, how would you like to go home today?

TODAY'S - - - ALL MY CHILDREN

Liza: Very good.
Marian: Anti-seizure medication, antibiotics.
Liza: Blue. Huh?
Harriet: Excuse me -- Mrs. Chandler? Colby, it's time for your bath.
Liza: We -- we -- we can play after dinner.
Colby: Ok.
Marian: Why don't I go with the two of you and let Daddy give Mommy her medication.
Liza: No.
Adam: Oh, no, no.

Edmund: Who the hell do you think you are?
Tad: I am Jamie's father --
Brooke: Look, Edmund, leave him alone.
Edmund: Who the hell do you think you are?
Brooke: Leave him alone.
Tad: I'll be damned if I'm going to stand by and watch you screw him up!

Greenlee: So, is this an innovation from the new chief of staff, Jake -- getting it on in patients' rooms?
Jake: All right, just can it, Greenlee. You don't even know what you're saying.
Greenlee: Oh, let me guess -- Mia was having a really bad day, and you just wanted to make it all better.
Mia: Do you ever mind your own business? Does she?
Greenlee: I suppose it is my fault. I awakened Jake's sensual side. Who knew he'd take the caretaker fetish so far and risk so much?

Leo: You took my money out of a locked hotel safe? You got to be kidding me.
Officer: I told you, it's part of --
Leo: No, it's part of your damn criminal investigation, I heard you. But what the hell am I supposed to live on?
Officer: Look, Mr. du Pres, I just came down here --
Leo: No, you think that it's drug money, but you have no evidence of that. I'm sick of you people coming after me.
Anna: Hey, hey, hey.
Leo: Oh, I should have known.
Anna: Hey -- ok, Leo, the stash in the safe -- where did it come from?
David: Leo, don't.
Anna: How did you get it?
David: Don't answer it.

Edmund: What the hell is with you, Tad? Ever since we got engaged --
Brooke: Edmund, stop, stop! You don't know what's been going on.
Edmund: You know, we spend one night in a hotel, and what do you do?
Tad: Yeah, and you canceled my plans with my son --
Brooke: That's not true!
Tad: Like you can just step into the role of father.
Brooke: It is not true!
Edmund: Is that what's going on? You're jealous?
Brooke: You guys, put a sock in it, all right, both of you. I don't want --
[Glass breaks]
[Tad, Brooke and Edmund turn to see Jamie standing behind them and a vase shattered on the floor]

Adam: What I mean is, Marian, wouldn't you rather spend this time with your daughter?
Liza: Oh, Colby doesn't have to go yet, Mama.
Marian: Well, it's important for Colby to follow her normal routine, and, besides, you and Adam haven't been alone together since you got back from the hospital. So come along with me, you gorgeous creature. Come on, Harriet. And we'll see you in a few minutes. Come on.

Liza: We don't want to be together alone.
Adam: No, Liza. No, that's ridiculous.
Liza: Neither one of us does. Maybe we should talk about it.

Greenlee: Maybe it's the other way around. Maybe you're taking care of the big chief.
Mia: You want to deal with this? Because I'm leaving.
Jake: Mia -- Mia, just wait, please, please --
Mia: No, no, no, no, no. You want to work out old relationship issues, go right ahead. I'm not going to stick around.

Jake: You're right about one thing. Mia was taking great care of me, which is something that you never did.

Anna: Leo, the money we confiscated -- were you planning to leave town with it?
David: Of course he wasn't. Were you? Leo, why?
Trey: I think I can clear this up.
Leo: Where the hell did you -- get lost, Trey.
Trey: I'm afraid this is all my fault.

Anna: How is this your fault?
Trey: My office got word from Oak Haven that Vanessa's been asking for Leo. Now, she's in a secure room there, but --
Anna: But what does that have to do with Leo leaving town?
Trey: If Leo had found out, maybe he'd feel that he needed to leave town for a little while.
Leo: And as usual, you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
Bianca: Leo, just chill out. Leo: I won the money at the track. The last time I checked, that was legal. So you want to tell me why you sicced the Gestapo on me?
Anna: Well, we will have to look into your story. Look, I am sorry for any inconvenience.
Leo: Am I caught in some bad cop movie? I didn't do anything.
Anna: Then you have nothing to worry about. Ok? So you just lay low and stay local. You understand?
Leo: Oh, good. That helps. Thanks a bunch, Anna.
Anna: Well, you're very welcome. Make sure the evidence is secured properly.
Officer: Right, chief.

David: So, were you planning on telling me you were splitting, or were you just going to disappear?

Greenlee: You don't have to be mean.
Jake: Excuse me. Did you just hear yourself?
Greenlee: It threw me when I saw you.
Jake: This is none of your business, Greenlee. I don't even know why I'm doing this. Just -- you know what? Why the hell are you here, anyway?
Greenlee: I came here because I need to settle something.
Jake: Oh, you need to settle something? Well, I should have guessed. What is it this time? Is it the latest Leo crisis du jour? Thanks, but I've had enough.
Greenlee: No, I am so over Leo.
Jake: No, no, no, no, not until he needs something or you need something or it's Tuesday.
Greenlee: I came here to talk about us.
Jake: Us? Well, there's nothing to talk about. We're done and over with.
Greenlee: That's what I want to make sure of.
Jake: You and me, Greenlee -- get this straight in your head -- we are a non-issue. Ok? It's your choice, remember?
Greenlee: You know, anytime you want to stop being a total jerk, just go right ahead.
Jake: All right, it was my choice. I'm sick of the bottomless pit.
Greenlee: I am not a bottomless pit.
Jake: This is amazing, isn't it? Your leaning tower of Pisa has had it.
Greenlee: Ha! If you think I need something from you, you're completely wrong.
Jake: Oh, come on, Greenlee. You're talking to me now, all right? You always need something -- there's coaching, there's advice, there's support. I am absolutely sick of life in Greenlee's world.
Greenlee: Oh, you are really being unfair.
Jake: Me? I'm unfair? You're the one who ran Mia out of here.
Greenlee: Is that why you're so mad?
Jake: She left. Are you happy now?
Greenlee: I --
Jake: You know, is it your mission in life to make sure that I end up alone? See yourself out.

Brooke: Jamie. Jamie? Honey, wait. Sweetie?
[Brooke follows Jamie upstairs]
Edmund: What's going on here?
Tad: I'll tell you. While you've been in New York playing junior reporter, we've been dealing with the fact that we have a boy that doesn't talk anymore.
Edmund: What do you mean, Tad? Not talking about what?
Tad: Anything. He hasn't said one word, not one word, since your engagement party.
Edmund: You mean he's --
Tad: I mean he has shut down, Edmund. He is completely psychologically traumatized.
Edmund: This started at the engagement party?
Tad: No, no, it started a lot earlier than that. It started when Vanessa Cortlandt pulled him into a little death hug.
Edmund: Ok, I see now where you're going.
Tad: Then he gets a front-row seat at your party so he can watch Vanessa Cortlandt hold a knife to Greenlee's throat. It's no wonder he's completely shut down. Then he gets sent home from school today because he had a fight. Some kids thought he was acting weird. This kind of stuff does not happen to Jamie, Edmund.
Edmund: Ok. What can we do?
Tad: We don't know yet. We just got home from the hospital. They gave him a whole bunch of psychological tests.
Edmund: Did they find anything out? I mean, you know, besides Vanessa, is there something else that's causing this?
Tad: Yeah. His doctor thinks it might have something to do with you.
Edmund: What?
Tad: You heard me.

Adam: Liza, of course I want to be with you.
Liza: You don't want to be with me. I had brain surgery, and it scares you.
Adam: Maybe you're a little bit afraid to be alone with me for fear that I'm going to start telling you what to do.
Liza: No, I'm not thinking that.
Adam: On a really good day, you think I'm Attila the Hun, trying to dominate you and smother you.
Liza: Yes.
Adam: Well -- I just don't know what you want from me, Liza. I know you don't want my love. I mean, at least not in the only way I know how to give it.
Liza: It's not what is going on.
Adam: I'm doing the best I can, but I'm flying blind here.
Liza: Well, it's -- we're total strangers.

Colby: I don't want Mimi to give me my bath.
Liza: What -- what did she do?
Colby: Aunt Mia lets me wash my own hair.
Liza: Ask Mimi. She'll say yes.
Colby: No. I want Aunt Mia. When is she coming home?
Liza: Soon. Soon. I hope. We need her.

Edmund: Jamie's shrink thinks that I'm the problem? You expect me to believe that?
Tad: She might as well have said it.
Edmund: Oh, I see -- this is your fine-minded work.
Tad: Edmund, the fact is that my son's problems started the minute you started creating your instant blended family.
Edmund: Tad, Brooke and I are going to get married. We are going to be a family.
Tad: Yeah, and obviously, you don't care how he feels about the fact that you just stepped in and all of a sudden, you're playing big Daddy, taking over, making all the decisions?
Edmund: Wait, wait. If you think I'm taking over with Jamie, you have completely misread Brooke.
Tad: And if you think I'm going to be sidetracked like some kind of afterthought, then you have completely misread me.
Edmund: Is that what we're back to? Do you -- you want to be consulted, right?
Tad: Yeah, I'd like it, considering I am his father.
Edmund: Well, I respect that and I've never tried to replace you.
Tad: What are you -- Edmund, you just handed him a completely new life without exactly trying to ease him into it, you know?
Edmund: You don't know what I've done!
Tad: I don't have to! I don't care! All I know is I have a son that doesn't talk anymore!
Edmund: Which is not my fault, Tad! You have some weird idea about what's going on in this family here.
Tad: Yeah, what's going on -- and that's another thing. When did you move in here? Whose decision was that?
Edmund: Brooke and I made that decision, ok? And I'm not ready to move in. I'm not ready to move Sam and Maddie.
Tad: Well, you've been around enough, and again, you don't seem to care how he feels about it, that he might be confused by the entire thing.
Edmund: Tad, you and Brooke didn't just split up, ok? You've been divorced for a couple of years. Jamie knows the score. He's not some 5-year-old. He's seen you and Dixie. He's not hoping his parents get back together again.
Tad: How do you know what he's hoping for?
Edmund: Look, what --
Tad: He's just a boy!
Edmund: Whatever the problem that Jamie has, it's got nothing to do with Brooke and me. He got scared by Vanessa Cortlandt, all right?

Brooke: What is going on here? I can hear the two of you upstairs with Jamie's door closed.
Tad: How is he?
Brooke: "How is he?" He's not looking at me, he's not speaking to me, and it doesn't help that the third world war erupted down here. And did either one of you think, you know, to sweep up the damn floor?
Edmund: Brooke, I'm sorry. We just found out -- I -- he just told me about -- I didn't know it was that serious, ok?
Brooke: Well, it is. And we all have to work together, you know, to get him through this.
Edmund: Of course.
Tad: Whatever it takes.
Brooke: The first step is family counseling.
Tad: Yeah, I agree.
Brooke: All four of us.
Tad: Four of us? What are you talking about? Him?
Brooke: Yes.
Tad: You want him there?
Brooke: Yes, Tad. Edmund is part of my family now. I want Edmund there.
Tad: No. Not with me. That's not happening.

Liza: You go with Mimi, and I will send Mia up.
Colby: We'll sing the name game song.
Marian: Well, I'm sure I can sing that with you, whatever it is, my Darling.
Colby: I don't think so, Mimi.
Marian: Well, I'll try. Oh, and, Liza, I am perfectly capable of giving my granddaughter a bath without any help from Mia, thank you very much. Come on, Darling.

Adam: Is your -- is your pillow high enough? I'll get you another one. I mean, if you want.
Liza: Fine.
Adam: You're out of water. Here, let me get you some water.
Liza: What -- what are you doing?
Adam: Nothing.
Liza: Why -- why are you doing this?
Adam: Well, I'm trying to do what Mia told me to do. She said stop doing things and just start being when I'm around you.
Liza: Pillows are doing fine.
Adam: Yes, that's true. I guess I'll just have to sort out the terms.
Liza: Is that what you want to be when you're with me?
Adam: I don't know.
Liza: You are so uncomfortable.
Adam: Liza, my Darling, anything I can do to make things better between us, I'll be comfortable with.
Liza: Oh -- ok.
[Door opens]
Liza: Mia?
Adam: Oh, we're in here.
Mia: Hi. What's up?
Liza: Where --
Mia: Oh, I went to the hospital to thank Jake for letting you come home today.
Liza: We missed you.
Adam: Yes. You were missed. Yes.

Bianca: Leo, whatever you decide, just let me know, ok?
Leo: Look, Bianca, the room is paid through the end of the month. I was going to tell you that. So if you want to stick around, you're more than welcome to.
Bianca: Leo, don't worry about me, ok? I'll take care of myself.
Leo: Bianca, just wait a second --

David: Leo, you haven't answered me. Were you planning to just blow me off without saying good-bye if you were able to leave today?
Leo: It's nothing personal.
David: It's very personal.
Leo: I just need -- I have to make a fresh start all right?
David: Leo, what you have to do is have people around you who care, you know, a place where you belong. We both never had that, and look at the number that it did on us.
Leo: Well, it's a little late for that.
David: It doesn't have to be. All I'm asking you to do is stick around, you know, give it a try.
Leo: You're not listening to me, David. I have to leave this town and get away from Vanessa and -- and everything.
David: You're doing exactly what you always do.
Leo: Yeah, and I'm about to do it again.
David: No, you shouldn't, Leo. You really shouldn't.
Leo: Thanks to your bloodhound wife, I'm going to be sticking around a little bit longer until she figures out that it wasn't Vanessa's drug money that I was using. In case you were wondering, it wasn't.
David: No, look -- damn it, Leo. This is important, ok? I'm doing whatever I can to try to pull together a family here.
Leo: A family? Like my -- like my new sister-in-law, the one who keeps arresting me every five minutes? Is that the new family you're talking about?
David: There's something else going on with you.
Leo: I'll be fine. As soon as I hit the road, I'll be just fine.
David: No, no, no. There is more than you just trying to leave behind baggage.
Leo: What, did -- did you swallow, like, a self-help book today or something?
David: Come on, Leo.
Leo: But I'm not going to --
David: What's going on?
Leo: Rehash my history with you, David.
David: What are you running from?
Leo: Greenlee. I can't keep running into Greenlee, all right?

Greenlee: I don't know how you can say I want you to be alone.
Jake: I just called it like I see it, Greenlee.
Greenlee: No, I care about you. I want you to be happy.
Jake: That is bull, and you know it.
Greenlee: Hey, it's not my fault your precious waif took off.
Jake: What are you talking -- you're the one who just walked in here and made a totally wacko -- and to say nothing of insulting -- assumption that I was having sex with Mia.
Greenlee: You were half naked.
Jake: I was in the shower. She was watching the door.
Greenlee: Oh, and you have to do that here? You have a perfectly good shower at home.
Jake: You know what? I was covered in blood. That happens when you're a doctor.
Greenlee: Oh, that is so gross.
Jake: You know not that I owe you any kind of an explanation at all, but I was having a bad day, all right? I was really upset about some bureaucratic garbage that had gone on here earlier, and she was helping me cool down.
Greenlee: Well, let's give that girl a gold medal.
Jake: You know what? You're missing the point, Greenlee. She was helping me.
Greenlee: Like I said --
Jake: You know, sometimes I'm a mess. I know it's a big shocker to you, but actually, there are times when I am a mess.
Greenlee: I never said that you weren't.
Jake: And there are times when I get down, all right? I get upset, I get frustrated, I get mad.
Greenlee: So Miss --
Jake: And so what?
Greenlee: So Miss Sensitivity provided a shower?
Jake: No, she looked at me, and she saw where I was at, she saw the way I felt! And she gave me what I needed! And I'm grateful for that.
Greenlee: Ok, I get it. Mia's perfect.
Jake: No, she's good. She's good for me.
Greenlee: Are you seeing her?
Jake: Probably not, not after what you just staged.
Greenlee: That scared her off?
Jake: You saw how fast she ran out of here.
Greenlee: Because I made one tiny, little mistake?
Jake: You know what? She is not a drama queen.
Greenlee: I resent that.
Jake: And she doesn't go into hysterics every time she doesn't get what she wants.
Greenlee: Hey, just because I get a little excited doesn't mean that I am not --
Jake: You know what? And she's probably sick and tired of watching me go 10 rounds with you every single time I see you.
Greenlee: Oh, my God.
Jake: What?
Greenlee: Look at us. Don't you get it?
Jake: Get what, Greenlee? What are you talking about?
Greenlee: We really don't want each other anymore, not at all.
Jake: What? You're just realizing now that you don't want me? Where the hell have you been?
Greenlee: No, I've known it, but I haven't known it. And when you were just yelling at me right now --
Jake: Ok, I'm sorry, all right? I was angry, and I know it was over the top --
Greenlee: There. You see?
Jake: What?
Greenlee: That's it.
Jake: What?
Greenlee: You do that. You admit you're wrong.
Jake: Is that bad?
Greenlee: No. It's what I thought wanted.
Jake: But you don't.
Greenlee: No, I tried.
Jake: Yeah, yeah, I remember you tried.
Greenlee: Gosh, you are so not Leo. I mean, you're everything he's not. You're responsible, you're reliable.
Jake: Oh, my gosh. Could you make me sound any more boring?
Greenlee: No, you're not, Jake. But I convinced myself that you were better than he is, and you're not that, either.
Jake: Thank you.
Greenlee: No, you are -- seriously, you're a great guy -- for someone else, not for me. Leo's right for me.
Jake: All right. As much as I've never wanted to admit it, I think he's right for you. I think you and I are right to be friends.
Greenlee: Oh, it's a huge relief just to say it. I mean, you've known it for a while, so it's different for you.
Jake: Yeah, I have known it. I have known it. But to be honest with you, I keep letting myself fall back into it. And I don't want to do that because, I mean, I think that I am really interested in someone else. And, I mean, no offense, but -
- Greenlee: None taken.
Jake: And I was dodging your phone calls. I apologize for that.
Greenlee: Because you haven't let go.
Jake: I hadn't.
Greenlee: Until now. I'm sorry I accused you of being the hospital sex machine.
Jake: Hey, listen, I've been accused of worse. And I'm sorry that I gave you such a hard time about Leo. Because I know you were trying to work it out.
Greenlee: Want to shake? On letting go, and being ok?
Jake: I really -- I really hope that you find whoever it is that you're supposed to be with.
Greenlee: Me, too.
Jake: And, I mean, if you can work things out with Leo --
Greenlee: No, I know for damn sure it's not going to be Leo. Thanks anyway.

Leo: Greenlee and I have broken up and gotten back together so many times that I've lost track.
David: I know. I was there, remember?
Leo: Yeah, but this time, it's for good, man. I mean, it's -- it's a lot harder than I thought.
David: I understand.
Leo: No, you don't, David. You really don't.
David: All right, why don't you explain it to me, then.
Leo: I love her, and I've loved her for a long time. And I -- I did everything wrong.
David: Leo, it takes two.
Leo: And I dumped her to marry Laura.
David: But as I recall, Greenlee's father had his hand in that, didn't he?
Leo: Oh, no, no, no, I'm the one who did it. It was me. And then when I went back to her, I wouldn't see how totally hostile and crazy Vanessa really was.
David: You can't blame yourself for Vanessa.
Leo: Come on, David, Greenlee almost died twice.
David: Not because of you, because our mother is sick and violent, Leo.
Leo: No, no. I failed. I -- it was me, man. I've -- there's only one thing that I can do to stop it.
David: By running?
Leo: As fast as I freaking can.
David: There's got to be another way, Leo.
Leo: David, you don't understand. You can't understand because you've never loved anyone.
David: That was true once. But not anymore.

Mia: Here. Just stick to the schedule.
[Mia hands Liza some pills]
Adam: I could have done that for you, Liza.
Liza: Adam, could I speak to Mia alone?
Adam: Well, I don't see -- why don't we have dessert and coffee in here. I'm going to go arrange that.

Liza: He got to you. You're going to help him declare me --
Mia: No, Liza, stop. If you can't trust me, we might as well pack it in right now. Adam has his reasons for doing what he's doing.
Liza: He wants to be rid of me.
Mia: No, he's -- he's trying -- he's trying to protect you from the SEC.
Liza: What?
Mia: People know that there's money missing from chandler enterprises, and Adam is afraid that the SEC is going to find out that you stole the securities. And, I mean, they might send you away, and -- and then Colby's not going to have a mother, and then that's what Adam's worried about.
Liza: Adam is a liar.
Mia: Maybe you're right about that. Maybe that's true. But he loves you and Colby. That's real.
Liza: Yes, in his way.
Mia: Liza, you've got a decision to make. Are you going to risk going to jail just to prove you're right and stay mad at him forever?

Brooke: Tad, I know you. And if Jamie needs us to go into counseling as a family, then --
Tad: Then that's exactly what we'll do.
Brooke: Together?
Tad: Yeah.
Brooke: I know this has been a rough time for you.
Tad: It's been a lot rougher for Jamie.
Brooke: So we'll help him.
Edmund: Getting Jamie back to normal -- that's the only thing that should be on our minds right now. I think we can agree on that. Anything else that's going on --
Tad: Is put aside.
Brooke: I think one thing that Jamie is making very clear is he -- you know, he doesn't want the two of you at each other's throats.
Edmund: That won't happen again.
Tad: I'm going to go up to see him, and then I'll take off.
Brooke: Ok.

Edmund: You do know that Jamie will be ok, right? Brooke? What's wrong?
Brooke: Oh, it's -- it's just been a rough day.
Edmund: Yeah, I know. And I -- I just want to do something --
Brooke: I know. I know, I know. Just -- not now, ok? Just -- not now?

Liza: You do believe in him, don't you?
Mia: I just -- I have a gut feeling. And if I'm wrong, I'll brain him.
Mia: That's not funny.
Liza: No, it is. Think, people can say to me, "no-brainer."
Mia: Air head.

Adam: Is it all right if I come back now?
Liza: Ok.
Trey: Oh, it worked. Thanks for acting so fast. Yeah.

Leo: The warden's back.
David: Leo. Leo: So, can I go get myself a drink? Like, anywhere but here? Because right now the whole staff thinks I'm some kind of a crook, and I think they might be looking at me kind of funny.
Anna: You can go anywhere, Leo.
Leo: Thank you.
Anna: In Pine Valley.
Leo: Thank you. You're a sweetheart, Anna.
Anna: Don't mention it.
Leo: Look, David, I know what you're trying to do. Ok? It's just that I'm used to doing things on my own. All right? Sorry.

[When alone - - Anna makes a phone call - - David returns and overhears her conversation]
Anna: Chris? Hello? Chris? Can you -- it's Anna. Yeah. I need to talk to you. Things are changing very quickly.

[Tad talks on the phone in Brooke's living room]
Tad: Yeah, Lanie, listen, it's Tad. I just wanted to call and tell you that I will not be coming back to look for Dixie anymore. Something has come up, and my son, Jamie, needs me. I -- I just want -- I just want you to tell Dixie that I love her, and, wherever she is, I just want to know she's ok. So just tell her that for me, please.

Tad: You heard?
Brooke: Yeah. Tad, is there anything that I can do for you?
Tad: No. Actually, I'm not ok. I haven't been ok for a long time. But you should know that you were right I -- my mind's been on my own stuff.
Brooke: It was hard, Dixie leaving like that, I know.
Tad: I haven't been paying attention to Jamie, not the way I should have.
Brooke: Listen, with this Vanessa thing and Edmund and I getting engaged, you know, I know he's been going through a big adjustment, too.
Tad: I -- well, for my part, I just want you to know that I'm sorry.
Brooke: Ok.
Tad: And -- Brooke: What?
Tad: You were right. I'm going to need a lot of help.
Brooke: Anything you need, you know I'm here for you. You know that.
[Brooke and Tad hug - Edmund sees them]

Colby: Daddy, can you and Mimi come to my room for a second?
Liza: Are you finished?
Colby: Uh-huh. I made some pictures for you.
Adam: For me?
Marian: Well, I think we could go upstairs right now, don't you think, Adam?
Adam: Yes. Well, of course. How could we say no to an offer like that? Lead the way, young lady.

Liza: Why did you go to the hospital for Jake?
Mia: Oh, actually, that was kind of a mistake.
Liza: Why?
Mia: Well, you know, I saw him, and everything was great. And then Greenlee showed up, and -- I don't know. Whatever.
Liza: I thought she was --
Mia: Yeah. I did, too. But she's back, so -- it's funny, I was just telling myself that I thought he was off that merry-go-round because I --
Liza: Wanted to believe it?
Mia: When I was Colby's age, I thought I'd find a prince. I guess you have to grow up sometime, though.
[Doorbell rings]
Mia: Oh, I'll get that.

Anna: Ok, I'll go first. I had to seize Leo's money.
David: Because?
Anna: We had an anonymous tip saying that he had a large amount of cash and where it had come from was open to question. And they also said he was going to use this money to skip town.
David: Well, then the real question is, who would do that to him? And why?

[Greenlee goes to the boathouse - sits by herself- and remembers the good times with Leo. She starts crying]
Greenlee: Ok. This is really stupid.
[Greenlee hears someone coming]
Greenlee: Great.
[Leo walks into the boathouse]
