TODAY'S - - - ALL MY CHILDREN

[PV HOSPITAL]
Mateo: Come on. Sit down.
Hayley: No, I can't sit. I don't want to.
Mateo: Jake.
Jake: Hey.
Mateo: What's up?
Jake: Dad and Dr. Conway are still with Enzo.
Hayley: Now, who is Dr. Conway? I mean, does she know what she's doing?
Jake: Yes, she's very good. She's a top internist and with a subspecialty in hematology.
Hayley: What is taking so long?
Jake: Well, we want to be very thorough here. I just wanted you to know that Enzo is stable, and we're going to be getting some answers to you real soon.
Mateo: All right. Thanks, Jake. How did this happen?
Jake: Well, actually, that's what we're trying to determine. It could be something as simple as a virus.
Mateo: A virus?
Jake: Mm-hmm. Possibly. Possibly. But I really can't answer that until Dr. Conway comes back with the results, and I'll let you know the answer to tt real soon, ok?
Mateo: Ok. Thanks.

Mateo: He's just a baby. I mean, how -- how can there be something wrong with his liver? I don't --
Hayley: I know exactly how this happened. This is all my fault.

[PINE CONE MOTEL]
Brooke: Ahem. Enter.
Edmund: What are we doing here? Are we on a stakeout?
Brooke: No. We're on a timeout. I know I promised you no more surprises.
Edmund: They don't seem to work too well for us.
Brooke: Nope.
Edmund: Ok, well, here I am, and I'm surprised.
Brooke: Listen, it was not the first place that I, you know, thought of for us to be together.
Edmund: I assume the "together" we're talking about doesn't take place in the office.
Brooke: No, it doesn't. I need some time alone with you.

[CHANDLER MANSION]
Adam: You heard me, Barry. I want all of my assets protected. Hide every last dime. I -- no, I don't have time for this right now. My grandson may be ill. Just make sure that Liza can't get her hands on any more money. No, the tumor's not back. She's in top form. And the poor thing thinks she's won.

Liza: I don't know what's going on with Trey. He hasn't returned my calls.
Mia: Yeah, well, that's just as well, I think.
Liza: No, no, no. Don't say that.
Mia: Look, I thought about it all night --
Liza: No, I want you to take this money to put into trust for your son. End of discussion.
Mia: Liza, this whole thing could blow up in your face.
Liza: I just have this plan of what to do with the money. If Adam finds out --

Adam: Ah. Good morning.
Liza: Morning.
Mia: Hi.
Adam: Did you sleep well?
Liza: Blissfully.

[Doorbell rings]
Adam: I'll get it. Excuse me. Tad? What are you doing here?
Liza: I called him. And you don't get to argue about what I'm going to do.

[RYAN'S ROOM - PINE CONE MOTEL]
Ryan: Kendall?
Ryan: Kendall?
[Ryan reads the note Kendall left for him]
Kendall's voice: Ryan, don't be mad. I'm doing what Trey said I have to do to save myself. I didn't wake you up because I don't want to fight. So just stay put and get ready to party because the next time you see me I'll be a free woman. All yours, Kendall.
Ryan: Stay here and wait?

[PV POLICE DEPARTMENT - OFFICE FOR POLYGRAPH TEST]
Jack: Mr. Kenyon, I'm rather surprised you invited me here this morning. You must be very confident.
Trey: My client's got nothing to hide.
Kendall: Good morning. Well, there is, the DA himself. Come to hear me tell the whole truth and nothing but?
Jack: I'll go get the polygraph operator -- that is, if you're sure you're ready.
Kendall: Oh, totally.
Trey: So, you're really up for this? Good.
Kendall: Honey, bring it on.
Trey: Now for the part that I really get off on, Kendall -- when justice is served.
Kendall: Hey, do I have time to make a phone call?
Trey: I hope you're not planning on calling your boyfriend.
Kendall: Well, I snuck out on him this morning.
Trey: Hmm. Smart girl.
Kendall: But I left him a note about this, and he feels --
Trey: Ryan's trying to interfere, Kendall. You don't need that.
Kendall: I just want to touch base.
Trey: And I can't stop you, but if you want my advice --
Kendall: Why do I have to be so careful? All I'm going to do is tell the truth.
Trey: I've seen the way Ryan gets to you.
Kendall: So what? I'm innocent. It's not like this is a big deal.
Trey: Ryan could blow this whole thing for you if he rattles you. That's the last thing you want when you're taking a polygraph test.
Kendall: Hmm. I didn't think about that.
Trey: Yeah, well, you can celebrate with him later -- after we've done what we came here to do.
Kendall: Well, the champagne is on ice as we speak.

Jack: Polygraph operator will be here shortly.
Kendall: You might want to give Erica a call so she can see this.
Jack: Now, why would I want to do that? I think she's seen you in action enough lately, don't you?
Kendall: But when I'm done acing this test, then you can bring your little niece in and hook her up to that polygraph decoder thing.
Jack: Bianca? Why should I want to hook Bianca up to a polygraph?
Kendall: Because there's only one arsonist in this family, and her name is Bianca.

[BURNED OUT REMAINS OF ERICA'S HOUSE[
Ryan: It must've been terrifying being trapped in here.
Ryan: When I was in here with Chris, all these -- all these thoughts were racing through my brain, like, at a million miles. It's still a blur.
Bianca: Yeah.
Ryan: Do you remember anything? Anything about it? I mean, how did you get caught in the fire in the first place?

Mateo: Hey, come on, Hayley, this is not your fault.
Hayley: Oh, please don't tell me I have to lay this out for you.
Mateo: You didn't make Enzo sick.
Hayley: I have consumed enough vodka in my lifetime to damage anybody's liver.
Mateo: That's not how this happened.
Hayley: Mateo, they are just starting to figure out what people inherit.
Mateo: Please, please, please. Come on. Don't do this to yourself.
Hayley: God. You know, call it a family curse. I really don't care.
Mateo: Honey, you didn't do this, and as much as I'd like to pawn it off on Arlene, she didn't do this, either.
Hayley: This is exactly what I was afraid of.
Mateo: Hey, listen. Listen. Come here. That boy has everything because of you. You've kept it together for him no matter what, all right? I don't want you to put this on yourself.
Hayley: I am his mother. I mean, my baby is sick.
Mateo: I know that.
Hayley: I'm supposed to be able to protect him from this kind of stuff.
Mateo: What if it's a virus? How can you stop the virus?
Hayley: What are you supposed to say? We're going to let this happen. This is just happening.
Mateo: What we're going to do is we're going to let the doctors do what they need to do, and they're going to tell us how we're going to fight this.
Hayley: I hope we can fight this.
Mateo: We can, we can, we can. All right? And we will, no matter what. Come on. It's going to be all right.

Adam: Come on in. You know, if I weren't a sweet, trusting country boy, I might think there was a conspiracy going on here.
Tad: Well, if there is, it's news to me. I've been leaving my cloak and dagger at home these days.
Adam: Tad, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have made that -- I shouldn't have said that. Come on in.
Tad: It's all right.
Adam: No, no. You're going through a terrible time, and you don't need me making cracks. I -- I was a bit thrown by Liza's nonnegotiable plans. Could I -- could I offer you a drink?
Tad: No, thank you.
Adam: Well, how are you doing? Tad: I'm adjusting, trying to.
Liza: Actually, that's why Tad's here.
Mia: Liza, should I go?
Liza: No. You know, I was going to do this in private, but maybe it's better this way.
Adam: Well? Well, what is it?
Liza: Well, I just thought that -- maybe it would help, but I just thought that it might be nice if you took your job back at Chandler Enterprises.
Tad: Well, I should've known you'd try to come up with something.
Liza: Come back to work. At least at the end of the day you'll go home feeling like you'd achieved something.
Tad: Oh, it's a lovely offer, but I'm not sure I'm ready to jump back in the middle of things just yet, especially considering the way I was canned.
Adam: Liza, I don't want to start a fight with Tad at a time like this.
Liza: Well, then tell him you just support this decision.
Adam: I had reasons for letting him go.
Tad: So you said.
Adam: I fired you because you should've been on top of what was happening when Liza lost all those funds. Unless, of course, this means what I think it means.
Liza: I don't understand.
Adam: You're asking me to take Tad back because you know where the money is.
Liza: Uh --
Adam: I knew that that much money couldn't stay lost indefinitely. Well, Liza, tell me. Do you know where it is?
Adam: Liza?
Liza: I think we're going to just have to write off that money.
Adam: Oh, I see. Well, I just can't figure out how that much money can vanish without a trace.
Liza: I wish I could tell you what happen.
Adam: I sometimes feel I should look in the freezer. Or in the walls, perhaps. Or maybe I'll move a pillow and find a pile of money behind it.
Tad: She was ill. Otherwise, I'm sure it wouldn't have happened.
Adam: Oh, I know that, Tad.
Tad: Well, good, I'm glad to hear it because, you know, for a moment there, it sounded like you were making some kind of accusation.
Adam: Liza knows very well that I would never blame her for doing something when she couldn't help it.
Liza: So, about the job --
Tad: About the job. Well, as much as I hate the idea, I'm going to make your husband a very happy man. I -- I don't think I'm up to running the show, you know, if you're not going to be there.
Liza: I am going to be there. I thought that we could go back together.
Tad: Is that wise? I mean, do you feel well enough?
Liza: I would go back part-time at first. You and I could make our own hours.
Adam: Liza. You said you wanted to spend more time with Colby.
Liza: I already said I wasn't going to go back full-time.
Adam: But running that company is a strain. Your health comes first.
Liza: Well -- but I have to have my work.
Adam: But to go back so soon?
Liza: Adam, I -- I really thank you for wanting to care for me, but hanging around here all the time with nothing to do, it won't be pretty.
Adam: Yeah. When you put it like that --
Liza: And, Mia, I was really hoping you would stay on, that you would be here with Colby. I mean, what do you think about that?
Mia: Uh, I think that would be great, actually. I've taken so much time off from the hospital, I don't know when I'm going to see my next check, so, yeah. And I love being here, so, yeah.
Liza: Oh, that would be wonderful. You know, Colby will just be over the moon.
Mia: In fact, I promised her that we would play dress up, so if you all will excuse me, I have some fairy wings to make with her.

Tad: Well, thank you for the offer.
Liza: I'm doing it for both of us.
Adam: Well, you obviously have everything under control.
Liza: Well, I'm trying.
Adam: After everything that you've been through, it still hasn't changed who you really are. Well, I'll leave you two to discuss your new partnership.

Liza: You know --
Tad: Hmm?
Liza: If you go back to work now, we could go to a board meeting together. It would be worth a laugh.
[Liza chuckles]

Edmund: What's going on, Brooke?
Brooke: Oh, don't look like that.
Really, I didn't mean to scare you.
Edmund: Ok. Well, then tell me what's going on -- fast.
Brooke: I just feel that we're getting lost. I don't mean that we're losing each other --
Edmund: Which couldn't happen.
Brooke: I just feel, you know, with -- with everything that's gone on with Dixie and Tad and Jamie and, you know, everything at the office, I -- I don't feel like there's been any time for us. I mean, I didn't even get a chance to tell you about Laura. She's got her own place. She's working for a photographer now.
Edmund: That's great. She's getting it together. Brooke: Yeah, I know, and now it's our turn. You know, it's -- I just feel it has been so crazy that I -- I was feeling a little --
Edmund: Ripped off?
Brooke: You, too?
Edmund: Now that you mention it.
Brooke: So, this wasn't the dumbest idea that a grown woman ever had?
Edmund: Ahem. What can I do to make you feel better, Brooke English? What do you want to talk about in a cheap motel?
Brooke: Uh, talk is not what I had in mind.

Ryan: Could you just honestly tell me what happened? I don't see how that would hurt anyone.
Bianca: I didn't see anything.
Ryan: Well, Kendall said that she was trying to save you, but she couldn't get through the fire.
Bianca: That's very noble of her.
Ryan: Well, did you see her? Do you -- do you have any idea how the fire started? Maybe an iron was left on or, I don't know, maybe a heater was --
Bianca: No, the fire was started with a cigarette lighter. I don't smoke. Neither does my mom. Nobody that works for my mom smokes because she doesn't let them. I don't know, Ryan. Do you need a diagram?
Ryan: Just because Kendall smokes doesn't mean that she did this.
Bianca: The evidence against her is solid.
Ryan: Yeah, as solid as it was when you burned down the house?
Bianca: How did you know -- Kendall.
Ryan: Look, it doesn't matter how I know --
Bianca: You're not here for information. You are here to try to get something on me.
Ryan: No. Bianca --
Bianca: You think I did it?
Ryan: No. Of course -- I would never believe that.
Bianca: But Kendall wants you to believe that.
Ryan: Kendall wants it to be anyone else!
Bianca: Like hell! It wasn't enough for her to burn down our house! Now she wants to pin it on me?

Jack: You wouldn't dare be suggesting that Bianca set that fire?
Kendall: Sorry to break it to you, Uncle Jack, but the pyro niece is at it again.
Jack: Don't "Uncle Jack" me. This is a new low, even for you. Can I just tell you how very satisfying it will be when my office puts you away?
Trey: Please, as Ms. Hart's attorney, can I ask that we keep this professional?
Jack: You can ask anything you want, son. Don't worry, I'll be professional -- right through to her conviction. Mike, good to see you. How are you, buddy?
Mike: This is where we're going to be giving the test?
Jack: Right here, chief.
Kendall: Wait a minute. You know him? Of course you do.
Trey: I'm Trey Kenyon, Ms. Hart's attorney. This is Kendall Hart. She'll be your subject.
Mike: Hi.
Kendall: Hi.
Jack: Mike, do you need a minute to get things set up here?
Mike: Yeah.
Jack: Ok, take your time.
Trey: Kendall, would you like a glass of water?
Kendall: Yeah. Thanks.
[Trey puts some pills into Kendall's water]

Dr. Conway: Mr. And Mrs. Santos. Before they bring the baby back, I'm afraid I have to confirm the diagnosis Dr. Martin tells me he suggested.
Hayley: A virus.
Dr. Conway: Yes. A nonspecific virus is attacking your son's liver, and it's causing tissue damage.
Hayley: Oh, God.
Joe: This is hard to hear, know. I wish we could cushion it. But you need all the information you can get.
Hayley: Yes. Mm-hmm.
Mateo: Ok, so, what is the damage? What does that mean to Enzo?
Dr. Conway: Well, at the moment, we are looking at compromised liver function.
Mateo: And that's serious?
Dr. Conway: Very. Your son is approaching liver failure.
Hayley: Oh, my God.
Joe: Would you like to sit down, Hayley?
Hayley: No, no. Please go on. Please go on.
Dr. Conway: Fortunately, we've caught this very early.
Mateo: Ok, so, what do we do?
Dr. Conway: Well, for the short-term, we buy some time by treating your son symptomatically. That means medication and fluids for fever, antibiotics for infection, transfusions.
Hayley: Blood transfusions?
Jake: Well, bleeding can be a problem, Hayley.
Mateo: You said in the short term.
Dr. Conway: Ultimately we will have to do a liver transplant.
Hayley: How --
Mateo: He -- he's just a little baby. Can he handle that?
Hayley: I mean, how can he survive a surgery like that?
Dr. Conway: I assure you, we've done this successfully many times.
Hayley: Can you, you know, explain to us, then, how you go about finding a liver for him?
Jake: Well, we have two options. We can put him on a waiting list for a donor --
Dr. Conway: But your best chance is with a living donor transplant.
Hayley: Can you explain that?
Joe: The liver regenerates itself, so we can take a part of the liver from a living donor and transplant with no harm to the donor.
Hayley: Well -- well, then, um -- that's great. Just use me, use my liver. Right?
Jake: Well, Hayley, you may well be a candidate, but I do have to warn you that parents don't always make suitable donors.
Mateo: Well, how do we find out?
Dr. Conway: We run a battery of tests -- which we can start right now.
Hayley: Ok.
Jake: So, maybe we can start making some calls for you and --
Joe: Perhaps some family members you'd like to tell?
Hayley: Oh, I don't think --
Mateo: Maybe we should hold off on getting everyone else involved.
Hayley: Yeah, I mean, because they'll mean well, but --
Mateo: Yeah, but we -- we do need to speed things up, right? We don't have much time, right?
Dr. Conway: We need to find a donor as soon as possible, yes.
Mateo: Well, then test us, and then we'll get everybody else involved if we have to.
Dr. Conway: The sooner we arrange the transplant, the better. But your son should be stable for a while.
Mateo: All right. So where do we go, Jake?
Jake: Well, I'm going to take you down there myself. We'll get some blood work done.
Mateo: Ah. Ok. Ok. Listen. We're going to get through this, ok? All right?

Bianca: Kendall is playing you, Ryan. Don't you get it?
Ryan: Look, Bianca, I know how it looks, all right, but she's --
Bianca: Ok, ok. So, first she says she's going to get back at us somehow. Then she shows up a few minutes after the fire started with her lighter. Ryan, what more do you need, a signed confession?
Ryan: Isn't that a little too obvious? I mean, isn't it -- I know she's been on your case lately --
Bianca: Major insight.
Ryan: But she says that she wouldn't do this. She says that, and I believe her.
Bianca: Ok. Well, I didn't actually see her soak my room with gasoline and light it up, but she lies, Ryan.
Ryan: Yeah, she does.
Bianca: Under oath. I mean, she lied about me stealing that champagne.
Ryan: She gets mad and she -- she does things, stupid things.
Bianca: Yeah, stupid things, like breaking into our house. Yeah, she did that, too.
Ryan: What -- is Erica telling you that?
Bianca: No, I'm saying that.
Ryan: Because?
Bianca: Ryan, when we were outside the courtroom, Kendall started going off on me because of my "Princess" bedroom. I mean, she -- she described the print on my drapes. She was there, Ryan, and I think that she would be the first one to admit that she wasn't there because she was invited.
Ryan: I'm sure she wasn't.
Bianca: So -- you still trust Kendall?

Mike: Are you ready?
Kendall: Sure. Go for it.
Jack: Please have a seat.
Kendall: Ok.
Trey: Now, just relax. Take a sip of water, and tell the truth.
Kendall: Ok.
Mike: I'm going to put this blood pressure cuff around your arm.
Kendall: No problem. Let's do this.

Hayley: I know you're getting tired. You're sleepy again. My nose is funny.
Mateo: We got to get you out of here. Pedro the bear can't sleep without you.
Hayley: You know what I bet we could do? I bet we might have to bring Pedro here for a visit.
Mateo: Yeah. Hi.
[Hayley runs out of Enzo's hospital room - Mateo follows]
Mateo: Hey. Hey.
Hayley: I can't. Mateo: Listen, we're going to -- we're going to get this, ok? You heard what the doctor said. They can fix this. You know that, right?
Hayley: Yeah.
Mateo: All right. Listen, I promise you, he's going to have a healthy, normal life.
Hayley: Ok. He was pulling up yesterday. He was standing up all by himself, and he was clapping his hand and he was smiling because he was so proud of himself.
Mateo: Hayley, he's going to be smiling all over the place. I promise you, the kid --
Hayley: Oh, God, please. Please, if I'm a match -- if I'm a match, and my liver is fine and ok, I just -- I have to do it.
Mateo: I understand that.
Hayley: No, I have to do it.
Mateo: Listen, we both want to be the one. Now, all we have to do is wait and see if either of us can.

Brooke: It really is true what they say about cheap motels.
[Brooke laughs]
Brooke: Stop.
Edmund: I didn't think you were capable of half that stuff.
Brooke: Well -- oh. Do we have to go back to work?
Edmund: We are the bosses.
Brooke: You are absolutely right. Oh, I can't believe you said that. You're so brilliant.
Edmund: Where are you going?
Brooke: Well, we're just going to stay here all day, and -- and we're going to order cheap, greasy, disgusting, decadent food.
Edmund: Brooke --
Brooke: Oh, chicken wings.
Edmund: Ahem. Brooke?
Brooke: No, no -- and I'll get those little fried cheesy things that you like, too.
Edmund: Brooke?
Brooke: What? What? What's wrong? What's the matter?
Edmund: We need to settle something.
Brooke: What? What's wrong?
Edmund: Nothing's wrong. Everything's right. You're right. I love you. And that's why I want to set the wedding date.
Brooke: Ooh.
Edmund: I've got a woman with a great body, great brains, and a taste for romance and tacky motels.
Brooke: Well, the taste for tacky motels is just a recent development, you know.
Edmund: It's perfect. It's a beautiful package, and I'm not giving it up, so tell me -- marry me, Brooke.
Brooke: Just name the day, Edmund Grey. Name the day.

[Bianca remembers setting her room on fire when she was a child]
Young Bianca's voice: All right. Now mommy checks to see if daddy's gone. He's gone. Now what are you going to do? Kiss, kiss, kiss. But where's daddy? Daddy's reading Bianca a story. Don't worry, daddy. You won't have to see the bad part. Erica, darling, come with me tonight. Yes, Jack, I'll do whatever you want. Jack, I'll go with you. You've been bad. You've been very bad.

Myrtle: Bianca.
Bianca: Myrtle. Oh, no, no. Hold on. Careful. Hi.
Myrtle: Hi, darling. I won't break, I promise.
Bianca: What are you doing here?
Myrtle: I'm here to check on you.
Bianca: Oh.
Myrtle: My. Oh, my, my, my. What a mess. That's rough.
Bianca: Yes. I've been remembering.
Myrtle: The happy times?
Bianca: The time that I burned down the house.
Myrtle: Oh.
Bianca: I still feel very guilty about it.
Myrtle: That was a bad thing to do.
Bianca: I was so angry, Myrtle.
Myrtle: Yeah.
Bianca: It really scares me when I think about it.
Myrtle: It's all behind you now.
Bianca: It better be.
Myrtle: Well, darling, you -- look, you've grown. You -- you've changed, you've learned.
Bianca: Thank God.
Myrtle: Well, that's what most people do. And they move on. Except maybe one or two like Kendall -- who can't seem to figure out how to do it.
Bianca: I think you're right. Well, we should go, I guess.
Myrtle: What's that? What have you got there?
Bianca: Oh, they're pictures, but they're so messed up.
Myrtle: Oh. That's my beloved Mona. Yeah. Do you know something? I bet I can find a fellow who can clean these up with one of these magic computer things.
Bianca: Do you really think so?
Myrtle: I really think so. And I'll bet when he's finished with it, Mona is going to look better than she ever did. Let's go.
Bianca: Let's go.
Myrtle: Let's go. Oh. You be careful.

Mike: Here's how this works. If a person's telling the truth, the pens are going to write out pretty straight. However, when a person tells a lie, you start seeing some distraction in the pens.
Kendall: Ok. Let's -- let's do this. Ahem.
Mike: What is your name?
Kendall: Kendall Hart.
Mike: Where do you work?
Kendall: Currently, I'm unemployed. Come on, ask me the tough stuff. That's what you're waiting for. Right, Uncle Jack?

[ADAM AND LIZA'S BEDROOM]
Adam: Damn it, Liza! After the torture I put myself through, praying that you wouldn't die. Oh, Liza, Liza.

Colby: In here, Aunt Mia.
[Adam chuckles]
Mia: Oh. Hi, Adam. Sorry if we disturbed you.
Adam: No -- no problem. What are you after, princess?
Colby: Here, Aunt Mia, you wear this.
Mia: Oh, no, honey. No, no. Put that back. It's mommy's.
Colby: Ok. You be mommy.
Mia: Oh, no, Colby, I can't. I could never take your mommy's place.
Adam: Well, Mia, never say "never."

Tad: Well, thank you for trying to keep my feet on the ground.
Liza: I did it for me, too. I made a mess at Chandler's.
Tad: That's not fair. People knew you were sick.
Liza: Now no one trusts me. I have to do damage control, and nobody does it better than you.
Tad: Well, honey, I'm sorry, but I don't think my skills are quite up to the mark at the moment.
Liza: Even if you were on autopilot, you would still be the best. And --
Tad: And?
Liza: I could use a friend. We could go into each other's office and recharge or make fun of people.
[Liza laughs]
Tad: That's what we do best. I'll think about it. I promise.
Liza: You know, I do want you to do what's best for you.
Tad: I will. Listen, just out of curiosity -- didn't you think it was a little strange just now? I mean, Adam rolling over so quickly?
Liza: Well, he's become a little bit more accommodating.
Tad: Oh.
Liza: I mean, brain tumors tend to do that to you. It did it to both of us.
Tad: Well, I'm just glad you're ok.
Liza: You know, it is real. After my operation and Dixie, he's become a very compassionate person. And I'm happy.

[Mia gives Liza's necklace back to Colby]
Mia: Uh -- I can't wear this, honey.
Colby: Why?
Adam: Colby, maybe you can find something of yours for Aunt Mia to wear.
Colby: I have beads in my toy box. I'll go get them.
Mia: Yeah, good idea. Go.
[Colby runs out of the room]
Adam: She has a mind of her own.
Mia: Yeah, like her mom.
Adam: Oh, yeah. Colby's right. You would look lovely in that.
Mia: Oh, well, I'm not really a serious jewelry person. I think her beads are more my speed.
Adam: Nonsense, nonsense. Here, try it on.
Mia: Oh, no, I -- I couldn't.
Adam: Oh, come on, come on. Humor me. Here.
Mia: All right.
Adam: Ok. Can you help me? Yeah.
Mia: Oh.
Adam: There you go. No, too much hair.
Mia: Adam --
[Adam laughs] Mia: I just feel rea
lly weird about this.
Adam: Yes. Well, that's not easy to get on. There we go. There. Yes, come on. Come on, go. Go look at yourself.
Mia: Oh. It's beautiful.
Adam: Mm-hmm.
Mia: I just feel like I'm wearing six months rent around my neck.
Adam: Yeah. It looks magnificent on you. Yes. You look like you were born to wear it to me.
Mia: Adam, um -- would you please take it off?
Adam: I know Liza will never miss it. Why don't you keep it?
Mia: Adam -- no, I couldn't.

Mateo: Hey.
Jake: Hey. You're both ruled out.
Mateo, you're an A, Hayley is a B. Enzo is an O. His donor must have a type O blood.
Hayley: Oh, I just wanted to do this for him. I want to make this right for him.
Mateo: Ok, we're going to make it right for him. We're going to make it right for him. We will, ok?
Hayley: What are we going to do now?
Mateo: Well, we find someone -- another match, right?

Jack: Whoa, whoa, whoa.

Kendall: I didn't do it! That machine is lying! Oh, God -- Ryan. I didn't do it. I did not do it. I'm telling you the truth. There's something wrong with that machine.
