Maria: Yeah, it was -- well, like I said, it was a flash, like a dream. So I’m not even sure if I'm imagining it or if I’m actually remembering something.
Doctor: No, it sounds to me like you're starting to have real, if brief, memories.

Maria: You see, look, I've already lost five years of my life. I really -- I've got to do something right now. And I don't know how you feel about hypnosis.

Kendall: Well, you just lost your mother and your brother in the most horrible way. I'm sure you must be grieving.

Mary: But it's really awful because it's as if she snapped and she can't accept what's going on.

Jake: Well, all of her stats are normal, but, obviously, she's been through a traumatic event, so she's in shock. We're going to have to run some more tests to get a clearer picture. But in the meantime, I don't want you to worry.

Jake: He just stepped out for a phone call.

David: I know. I've just been notified.

Aidan: Yeah, but what you need to be doing, Anna, is slowing down. You're pregnant, for heaven's sake. And the father of your baby has been lying to you ever since you met the guy, all right? And you just -- you've just gone through this big divorce.
Anna: I'm aware of that. What does this have to do with anything?
Aidan: Well, you're so busy taking care of everybody else, you're not taking care of yourself. And no one else is, either. And your ex-husband, who you're so concerned about -- he couldn't care less about your needs. And he barely even looked at you out there just now.

Anna: I can take care of myself.

Maria: So, are you saying that remembering might do more harm than good?
Doctor: No. We don't know what recovering your memory will mean, but it just might be too much to deal with right now.
Maria: I've got to try. I have to because this is not just about me. It's about Edmund and Sam and Maddie and -- I feel like every day they're desperately willing me to remember something, and when I don't, I’m just -- I’m breaking their hearts.
Doctor: I understand your frustration, but pushing your recovery could do more harm than good. So for now, I'm going to recommend you just stick to the current course of therapy. Just familiarize yourself with people and places that are significant to you --
Maria: I've done all that. I've done it all, and nothing. I'm getting nothing.
Doctor: Well, recovering your life is a long process. There's going to be obstacles.
Maria: And I may not ever remember.
Doctor: No. You had that flash of memory. There's every reason to believe there will be more.

Jack: My guess is that he was fleeing prosecution. He's got those identity fraud charges hanging over his head, plus arson. Seems like a good reason to leave town, huh?
Trey: I wasn't leaving town.
Jack: So you were flying to the coast because -- what? You left your heart in San Francisco?
Trey: I --
Kendall: No, I did. Trey wasn't going to San Francisco, I was.
David: The police have been looking up and down the river trying to find Leo.
Greenlee: Well, have they checked the woods, the beaches?
David: Yes. Nothing. And as you know, they would continue to keep searching as long as they felt that it was humanly possible for someone to -- they changed the search from a rescue to a recovery mission.
Woodruff: Sweetheart, I'm sorry.
Greenlee: I am, too. Civil servants. You can't count on them for anything. I guess I am going to have to do this myself. Where's redial? Yeah, hi. About that helicopter that I called about before --

Greenlee: Leo never gave up on you. How can you give up on him?
David: I'm not giving up on Leo. I just have to accept the fact that --
