J.R.: Frankie had a joint,

And then we went back
to her place and we were just,

And then she got freaked and ran

And the whole time she just
couldn't stop crying.
Miguel: And then what did
you do?
J.R.: There was nothing
I could do.
She -- she wanted me out
of there, so I -- I went.
She was alone when I left her.
She was alive.
Miguel: And when you left
the Cortlandt estate?
J.R.: I messed up my hand
again, so we went back
to the hospital so I could get
it fixed.

Greenlee: Well, you know,
in the end, I was starting
to think that maybe I was --
I mean, being good at something
that isn't lunch or shopping is
really a new concept for me,
so I wasn't sure exactly what

Greenlee: You're the one who
told me find what you love
to do, work harder at it than
you ever thought you could,

There's one little problem.

Miguel: J.R. has bigger
problems than missing an English
class.
We found drugs in his room.
Adam: He's cooperating
with your investigation.
Miguel: Which makes him
a good citizen.
It doesn't take his stash away.
Adam: Oh, come on --
Barry: Detective,
detective, you don't want
to lock this boy up.
There are no formal charges yet.
The amount of drugs was small.
He's certainly not going
anywhere, and he did everything
he could to help you.
Just -- just let him go home
with his family tonight
and we can discuss counseling
or whatever else might be
appropriate.
Miguel: All right.
But J.R. has to keep himself
available for further
questioning.
Barry: Absolutely.
Miguel: And he's going
to have to go in front
of the judge for violation
of his probation.
Dixie: His father and I will
see to it, detective.
Adam: Yes, we'll take care
of it.
Jack: So, where are we now?
Miguel: Well, J.R. admits
he was with Miss Stone earlier
in her room tonight before
she was killed.
He says when he left, she was
still alive.
Jack: And Bianca walked
in and caught you and Frankie
in bed together, right?
What was her reaction to that?
J.R.: She looked kind of sick
to her stomach.
Jack: Would you say she was
angry?
J.R.: No.
She was just hurt.
Jack: Ok.
As far as I’m concerned,
that's all.

Jack: I'm afraid I have a few

Chris: Miss Kane’s exhausted.

Jack: I'm afraid,
Erica, that you can't go
anywhere because you are under
arrest.
Erica: Chris --
Chris: For what?
Jack: We found some burnt
film negatives in your
fireplace.
Chris: So she took some
pictures she didn't like.
So what?
Jack: We also found this.
It's a locket.
I assume you recognize it.
Now, J.R. tells us that Frankie
Stone had this in her possession
while he was with her.

wound up in your house?
Miguel: You have the right
