ALL MY CHILDREN

OCTOBER 13, 2000

Bianca: Oh, my God. It's my mom.
Rain: So?
Bianca: "So"? I'm supposed to be in school, remember? She can't see me.
Rain: Ok, chill out. I got it covered.
Bianca: What are you going to do?
Rain: Follow me.
Erica: Oh, Opal. I'm so disappointed I didn't find that jacket for Bianca.
Opal: Oh, I know. Erica: Let's just call it
a day, ok?
Opal: Well, Honey, we're just barely getting warmed up. I haven't even made a dent in the old gold yet.
Erica: I know. I'm sorry. But my heart's just not in it. I mean, as we discussed, I don't want Bianca to think that I'm trying to dress her like she's 6 stead of 16.
Opal: Well, that's a step in the right direction, anyway. Oh -- wait a minute here. I want to check out these masks for Petey. Last Halloween I waited too long. I had a dickens of a time finding what he wanted.
Erica: Well, did he tell you what he wanted?
Opal: Well, this year he says he wants to be one of them chickens. I don't know.
Erica: Oh, we're looking for chicken masks. Chicken masks.
Opal: You two work here, right?
Rain: No. My friend and I are collecting money for the runaways at the community center.
Erica and Opal: Oh.
Opal: Sorry about that. Well, let me see. I must have something in here for you. There. A friend of mine runs that place.
Erica: Here you go.
Opal: You gals are sure in the Halloween spirit.
Erica: Well, you know, I would like to give you a little piece of advice, however. You might want to rethink your costumes because at Halloween you're supposed to scare away the evil spirits but not the boys.

Opal: We'll look for masks another time. Come on, Erica.
Erica: Opal!
Opal: I know that you have an ax to grind with Bianca, but please do not take it out on the entire female teen population. We got to live here.
Erica: I did not. What are you talking about?
Opal: Well, I mean, you know --

Rain: Oh, cool. 16 Bucks. Nice ladies.
Bianca: Yeah. I'm sorry about my mom, though -- you know, what she said.
Rain: It's ok. She comes from a totally different scene.
Bianca: Totally. She can be really judgmental.
Rain: Hey, forget about it. I have. I'll take care of that stuff. Guess I'll be seeing you.
Bianca: I'm not leaving.
Rain: You're not? After what just happened, I thought you'd be out of here.
Bianca: And go where, back home? I don't think so.
Rain: You mean you want to hang with me some more?
Bianca: Sure. Got all afternoon.

Edmund's voice: Yeah, we watched two people we love today beat the odds --
Alex: Mm-hmm.
Edmund: And get married.
Alex: Yeah.
Edmund: We beat the odds, too, you know.

[Alex sighs]

Edmund: You and me.
Alex: Yeah.
Edmund: I think we're heading in the right direction. I think this is why we survived. I think this was worth almost dying for. It's our turn.

Alex's voice: I was just on my way up to see you. I wanted to try to explain what --
Edmund: Where's your ring? Your engagement ring -- I -- you took it off?

Edmund's voice: Is this some kind of a sick game?

Rev. Taylor: I'm Rev. Taylor, the senior pastor at the church.
Edmund: Hi. Um -- I'm -- I was --
Rev. Taylor: Are you all right?
Edmund: Yes. Rev. Taylor: I've been a minister for 28 years, so don't take this as an insult, but you're a far cry from being all right.
Edmund: No, really, I'm -- I'm fine, thanks.
Rev. Taylor: Well, if you'd like to discuss whatever's weighing you down, I'm free now. Of course, you're welcome to stay here. But we have some workmen coming in to knock down a wall. It might get a bit noisy.
Edmund: No, really, I've -- actually, I got to get back to work.
Rev. Taylor: Well, I'll be in my office just in case you change your mind.

Alex: I guess we just missed the crowd.
Dimitri: Mm-hmm. Looks like service just ended.
Alex: Yeah.
Dimitri: And we have the place all to ourselves!
Alex: Shh! Don't. I like this church. I don't know. I feel comfortable here. What do you think?
Dimitri: I'm not sure.
Alex: Well, we're not going to renew our vows at the Wildwind Chapel. That would just be too brutal for Edmund.
Dimitri: Yeah. Yeah, after everything that's happened, I think we -- the best thing to do is just take it slow.

Paul: It's all right, everyone. Please, stand back. Everything is under control.
Greenlee: Where is he? Is he all right? Did he survive?
Paul: Miss, please, what are you talking about?
Greenlee: Leo! Leo du Pres! He was on the elevator when it fell.
Fireman: Calm down, Miss.
Greenlee: Not until I find out what happened to Leo.
Fireman: This young lady was in the elevator with him. She was climbing the ladder right when the cable snapped. We grabbed her just before the elevator dropped.
Greenlee: He had the rope, but the elevator fell. I could hear him screaming.
Paul: Please, we'll find out about your friend. Try to be calm.

Woodruff: Greenlee? Greenlee. Oh, thank God you're safe.
Greenlee: Gramps.
Woodruff: Look at you, look at you. What happened?
Greenlee: Wade Randall was going to kill me.
Woodruff: Well, I -- I know. He called me and announced that if I didn't give him a million dollars he would shoot you. I told your grandmother he wasn't bluffing. But how did you get away?
Greenlee: Well, Leo -- Leo found me, and he tried to save me, but then Wade put us in this broken elevator. And we were trapped until Leo forced me to climb out. And the cable was in shreds.
Paul: I assure you, Sir, we put that elevator out of service.

Greenlee: I left him there.
Woodruff: Oh, it's --
Greenlee: And it fell.
Woodruff: It's not your fault, Greenlee. It's not your fault.
Greenlee: Gramps, Gramps, he was helping me. Find out something. Do something.

Woodruff: All right, all right. Who's in charge here? My granddaughter was in that elevator that fell.
Fireman: She's a lucky lady. She was pulled out, then the elevator hit basement level. It collapsed in on itself. My men are going through the wreckage now.
Greenlee: But Leo's in there. Didn't you get him out?
Fireman: We're working as fast as we can.
Greenlee: But he could be -- I have to go to him. I have to go to him!
Woodruff: No, no, no -- Fireman: You can't go down there.
Greenlee: But I -- but I need Leo! I can't lose him!

Leo: Hey, Greenlee.
Greenlee: Leo? Oh, my God!
Leo: Oh -- ow, ow, ow --
Greenlee: You're alive. I ought to kill you.
Greenlee: Leo, I was terrified. I thought you were crushed.
Leo: Ow, ow, ow. Greenlee, my back --
Greenlee: I thought you were crushed --
Leo: My back!
Greenlee: And dead.
Leo: Do you mind? My entire body -- well, except for my nostrils -- is in complete agony.
Greenlee: What happened? Who is she?
Leo: Which question is more important -- how did I come back from the dead or what's the name of my new guardian angel?
Greenlee: What happened to you, of course.
Woodruff: I'm glad you're ok, Leo. We were very worried.
Leo: Yeah, so was I, Sir. After Greenlee got out, the elevator took a dive. I thought that was it for me. I really did. I mean, but it only fell a few floors.
Greenlee: What do you mean?
Leo: Well, it -- it stopped right on the fifth floor. And I started screaming like a big old baby and, then, what do you know? My magnificent woman in shining armor shows up and pries open the elevator door with a metal trash can. Right after that, the cable snapped.
Woodruff: Young lady, that is astounding.
Woman: Well, the hard part was helping him down four flights of stairs.
Greenlee: Well, thanks. I'll take it from here. You can go now.
Woman: Look, whatever you're thinking, all he cared about was you, if you were all right.
Leo: And are you?
Greenlee: Yeah. I'm much better now that I know you're safe.

Opal: You just have got to cheer up a little bit, Honey. I mean, it just won't do to have both you and Bianca moping around the house.
Erica: Well, I suppose. But on the other hand, I'm just really disappointed I couldn't find that jacket for Bianca. You know, I really wanted to do something special to help celebrate her very first day in high school here in Pine Valley.
Opal: Well, why don't you have Coral bake her a batch of brownies.
Erica: Opal, I want to do it and I don't bake. Oh. What's all this? Oh, how fabulous! The airline has finally sent back the rest of Blanca's things. Oh, yes, she's going to be happy. She's going to be happy for a change.
Opal: Well, there you got it. You can unpack the boxes. And then, when she gets home, her room will be full with all her favorite things.
Erica: Oh, that's a good idea.
Opal: Yeah. Can you get it?
Erica: Yeah. Opal: Oh, boy. She must love to read. Look at all those books.
Erica: Yeah. Actually, these don't look like books as much as -- as much as journals. These are Blanca's journals. Oh, I bet these could help me so much. These could help me get to the bottom of what went on in rehab. I could find out who that boy is who broke her heart --
Opal: Don't even think about it, girlfriend. That is rule numero uno in the mother's handbook -- a mom never snoops in her child's drawers or journals or e-mails. That's verboten. It is invasion of privacy.
Erica: But, Opal, this is --
Opal: "But"? No buts about it. Just forget it. Just forget the whole thing. In fact, let Bianca unpack her own stuff -- especially these journals.

Rain: Oh, awesome! Nearly 30 bucks. Hey, you want the money your mother's friend gave me?
Bianca: Nah. You can keep it.
Rain: Whatever you say. Oh, hey, here comes a guy. I bet he's good for at least five, maybe 10. How about it? Should I go for it?
Bianca: Ok, but then let's go check out the movie theater on the second floor.
Rain: Oh, cool. But I'll need your help.
Bianca: Oh, I don't know.
Rain: Look, all you have to do is hide your purse and look sick. Hey, here he comes. Excuse me, sir, but my friend's purse was stolen and all her money and medication was inside. And it's time for her shot of insulin. We need some money for a cab so we can get her home right away.
Bianca: Hi, Uncle Jack.
Jack: Yeah. Hi back there, Bianca. Well, I've got a couple of questions for you. Number one, why aren't you in school? Number two, when exactly did you get robbed? And number three, how is it you've all of a sudden developed diabetes?

Opal: Well, I hope that you have got plenty of that Enchantment's new mint spa mask in stock because my customers just cannot get enough of it. In fact, if I could have that stuff shipped from the factory directly to my shelves, that's what I would do -- Erica?
Erica: I'm sorry. What were you saying about the spas?
Opal: You cannot read those journals, Erica.
Erica: Even though they would help me to understand my troubled daughter?
Opal: Even though.

[Erica sighs]

Erica: Ok. Ok, you're right. I -- I can't read them.
Opal: I'm glad you're listening to reason.
Erica: But you can.
Opal: No. I am not going to be your accomplice, not on this one.
Erica: Opal, please. Just the most recent entries.
Opal: Absolutely, positively no.
Erica: Opal, I need your help. Please, Opal --
Opal: Honey --
Erica: She's pushing me away.
Opal: Listen, mothers and daughters have been spatting since Eve wore a thong, ok? Bianca is going through a rough patch, it's true, but just let her be. Just let her be. You know, you can be there for her when she needs you, and now you got to back off when she doesn't. Give her time. And in the meantime, you chill out a little bit. I'm going to go make you a pot of tea.
Opal: And don't even think about peeking at those journals. You hear me?

Jack: Now, Barbara thinks that Bianca met a boy in rehab, fell in love, and they kept their relationship going on the computer afterwards, and then they broke up.

Erica: This is it. This is what she wrote when she was in rehab.

Blanca's voice: "Going home soon. It's weird. I couldn't wait to leave when I first got here, but now I don't want to. And not because I'm afraid. I feel really good about my recovery, but something happened here, something I can't even put into words or write about. But I have to face it so I can face my life again." >

Erica: Oh, my poor baby. What happened?

Woodruff: Well, now, that's the first smile I've seen in weeks.
Woman: Leo's looking a lot better, too. Try to keep your feet on the ground, both of you.
Leo: I owe you one, Victoria. Thank you.
Greenlee: Me, too.
Gramps, I'm so sorry that we dragged you into this.
Woodruff: Now, why didn't you come to me and tell me what was going on?
Greenlee: I couldn't. Wade came over to the Pine Cone --
Woodruff: No, no, I mean before that.
Leo: She was trying to protect you, Sir.
Greenlee: Your heart. I didn't want to frighten you.
Woodruff: You are my heart, Greenlee. You could've been killed.
Leo: How did you know how to come down here in the first place?
Woodruff: Well, Wade called me and told me to bring the money to the boathouse. And I told him I would if he'd tell me where you were, and that's when he said I'd find you here.
Greenlee: Dead at the bottom of the elevator shaft -- or so he hoped.
Leo: When -- when was the last time you talked to Wade?
Woodruff: Uh --
Leo: I mean, how long ago?
Woodruff: About 10 minutes.
Leo: May I use your cell phone? I want to call Lt. Frye. Maybe he can get a few cops down there to catch him before he gets away with your cash.
Woodruff: Oh, I don't care about the money. I'm just thankful Greenlee is still alive.
Leo: Yeah.
Woodruff: That's really all that matters to me.
Greenlee: You know, I saw some police officers in the corridor by the elevator.
Leo: No, no, no --
Greenlee: Maybe they could go after Wade?
Leo: I'll be right back. I want to talk to him personally.

Alex: Where are you? Hmm?
Dimitri: I'm right here by your side.
Alex: Well, me, too. What's bothering you?
Dimitri: I can't stop thinking about Edmund.
Alex: Oh, I know. I do, too. He keeps trying to convince everyone that he's all right, but he's not. Oh, this whole thing --
Dimitri: I know, I know. He's been through hell. But he is not the only one.
Alex: What do you mean?
Dimitri: Hmm. I am with the woman that I love, I'm healthy, I'm happy. I want to shout that out to the world, and I can't.
Alex: Because of Edmund. I know.
Dimitri: Can't share it with anyone.
Alex: You can share it with me.
Alex: And then, you know, when the time is right, we'll be able to be more open about our love for each other.

Man's voice: Come on. What was that, a wisp of wind? You barely made contact. Not like master Dimitri. That boy could take you down without breaking a sweat. Bad enough he's lord of the manor. You want what he's got, you've got to suck it up and take it! Oh. Cry, baby, cry winker in your eye come on, boy, show me what you've got. Who's the real man around here? Is Dimitri your lord and master?

Dimitri: What was that?
Alex: I don't know. What?
Dimitri: A noise. Is anyone there?

Man's voice: Go on, boy, take the challenge. Give him what for.

Blanca's voice: "Somehow I have to try to put my feelings into words. My counselor says that's the beginning of understanding myself better. So here goes. It started when I was assigned to a new therapy group" --

Opal: Oh, sorry that took so long. I guess Coral must be --
Erica, what are you doing?

Jack: Hello.
Erica: Bianca. Hi, Jack. Bianca, what are you doing home from school? Was it a half a day? I didn't know that. You should've called me. I would've picked you up.
Jack: Actually I didn't pick her up at school. I found her at the mall. Why don't you explain to your mother.
Erica: Bianca?
Bianca: I didn't go to school, ok? I went to the mall instead.
Erica: You cut school to go shopping?
Jack: Oh, she did a little bit more than shop, didn't you?
Bianca: I was with a friend.
Erica: A friend? Who? Somebody I know?
Jack: Oh, I doubt it. She's a young panhandler.
Erica: A panhandler? Bianca, why would you get mixed up with trash like that?
Bianca: She's not trash. Mom, God, why do you have to be such a snob? We were just goofing around.
Erica: Oh, I see, I'm a snob because I think you're supposed to be in school and I don't want you to hang around with a panhandler? Wait a minute. The girls in the mall in the monster masks -- that was you? That was you and that Stormy girl from the rehab center, right?
Bianca: Her name is Rain.
Erica: I don't care what her name is. You were asking people to make donations for the center. So what did you do with that money? Bianca, I don't believe this. I can't believe this. What you did -- that's very low.
Bianca: Look, I'll make it up to the center, ok?
Erica: Well, that's a start. But how are you going to make it up to me? I mean, you told me you were in school. I thought that's where you were. How will I trust you, Bianca? You deliberately lied to me. No, I'm sorry, I am not going to stand for that.
Bianca: Is that my journal?

Paul: Can I get you both anything while you wait?
Woodruff: Oh, nothing for me, thanks. Greenlee?
Greenlee: Just Wade Randall's head on a stick.
Woodruff: Yeah, I'd settle for that, the way that monster left you for dead.
Greenlee: Gramps, Gramps, don't get upset, ok? I survived. Thank you.
Woodruff: We have your young man to thank for that.
Greenlee: Yeah, yeah, and instead I accuse him of being a disloyal skirt-chaser. Why can't I learn? I'm like one of those people with that swearing disease. I just can't stop myself.
Woodruff: Sounds like you're falling for Leo.
Greenlee: More like falling with -- nearly 10 flights.
Woodruff: No, I'm serious now. Now, I like Leo. He suits you more than that Ryan fellow. But, well, is jumping into a relationship with him in your best interest?
Greenlee: Grandfather, Leo has done nothing but come to my rescue.
Woodruff: My dear, why do you need to be rescued?
Greenlee: Good point. I'm working on being more self-sufficient.
Woodruff: Good. By the way, where is Leo? It's been a while since he left to call the lieutenant.

Leo: You got change for a 20?

Alex: I don't think there's anyone there.
Dimitri: Yeah. I was probably just hearing things.
Alex: Oh, that's right. You were here before, weren't you?
Dimitri: Hiding in the shadows.
Alex: After Hayley's wedding. That's when Edmund and I said we loved each other.
Dimitri: That was very painful. Alex: I wish I'd known. Maybe we could've spared everyone all this pain.
Dimitri: Alex, Alex, I didn't know that I was going to live, and I didn't want to put you and Edmund through more grief.
Alex: Well, don't ever do that again, you hear?
Dimitri: Yes, Ma'am. Alex: I know we want to renew our vows, but what I said the first time still stands -- I love you. I'll always love you.
Dimitri: I love you, always.

Erica: Yes, those are your journals. The airline sent the rest of your things back today, and I thought it would be nice if I just unpacked the boxes for you.
Bianca: Well, I will take care of my own things, thank you.
Erica: Fine. Opal and I both thought it would be very nice for you to come home and find all your things nicely put away in your room when you returned from your first day at school. But I guess it's just as well we didn't do that since you cut school and decided to spend the afternoon with a juvenile delinquent.
Bianca: Mom --
Erica: But that's not going to happen again. For the rest of the semester, I will drive you to school in the morning and I will pick you up in the afternoon. And I will drive you directly to Enchantment, where you can do your homework and you can help me in the office.
Bianca: That is completely unfair, Mom.
Erica: This is not up for discussion, Bianca. You have exactly one semester to get yourself together and to rebuild my trust. And after that, whatever happens, that's up to you.
Bianca: Uncle jack --
Jack: Hey, you brought this on yourself, Kiddo.
Erica: So why don't you go up to your room now. Uncle Jack will bring up the boxes when he comes back later.
Jack: Sure.
Bianca: You didn't read these, did you?

Leo: It's a hell of a way to make a living, Wade. I'm sure prison will be a real relief for you.
Wade: Drop it! Just drop it. Get on your knees.
Leo: Come on.
Wade: Get on your knees!
Leo: Come on, man, we can talk about it.
Wade: Get on your knees.

Leo's voice: May I use your cell phone? I want to call Lt. Frye. Maybe he can get some cops down there before Wade takes off with the cash.
Woodruff's voice: I don't care about the money. I'm just thankful Greenlee's alive. That's really all that matters to me.

Leo: Lt. Derek Frye, please. Tell him it's Leo du Pres. And it's an emergency. Leo: Hey, Lieutenant. Yeah, it's Leo. No, no, no, I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine. Yeah, I'm down at the Valley Inn. I was -- you know, I just got done talking to Mr. Greenlee, and he said that wade was on his way down to the boathouse to pick up the ransom money. So you might want to send some guys down there to stop him. All right. Yeah, you're welcome. Anything I can do. All right. See you later.

Alex: You know what? I've changed my mind. This isn't it. We'll have to find somewhere else for our vows. All right?
Dimitri: You got it. I'll go anywhere as long as you're my wife.
Alex: Well, you better behave yourself, then.
Dimitri: I promise, I promise. I'll behave, I'll behave.

Man's voice: Come on, boy, show me what you've got. Who's the real man around here? Is Dimitri your lord and master?

Erica: Do you honestly believe that I would read your private journals? Is that what you think of me?
Bianca: Never mind. Forget I asked, ok?

Erica: Thanks for backing me up, Jack.
Jack: Well, I got to say, I didn't like very much being on the receiving end of a lightweight con job and then looking up and finding my niece on the other end of it.
Erica: I -- I wasn't too strict, was I? I mean, I can't just let her run wild.
Jack: We'll talk about disciplining Bianca later when I come back to move those boxes.
Erica: All right.
Jack: Listen, I'm going to be late for an appointment. I'll see you ladies later, ok?
Erica: Ok.
Jack: All right.
Erica: Thanks again, Jack.
Jack: You bet.
Erica: Thank you.
Jack: See you, Opal.
Opal: Bye-bye, Jack.

Erica: Oh. Well, if it's not one thing, it's another.

[Erica sighs]

Erica: What?
Opal: Good thing you didn't read those journals. Else that breach of trust speech you just gave Bianca would come right back and smack you in the face.

Bianca: I know that my words have power and that I should be brave enough to own up to them. But I can't ever let my mother read this.

Greenlee: I got through to Lt. Frye. He spoke to Leo. He's on his way now to the boathouse to pick up Wade and your money.
Woodruff: Good. I hope they catch him. Are you finished giving your statement to those officers?
Greenlee: Yeah, for now. But I haven't seen Leo. Have you?
Woodruff: No, he hasn't come back here.
Greenlee: What if Wade came back and held Leo hostage?
Woodruff: And what if Leo was perfectly fine and is standing right behind you?
Greenlee: Oh! Where have you been?
Leo: Ow.
Greenlee: I was starting to panic.
Leo: I wasn't with Victoria, Greenlee, I swear.
Greenlee: I know, I know, I know. I'm sorry about that. But where were you? I called Derek. He's on his way to the boathouse. He wants us to give our statements here to the officers. Is that where you were?
Leo: No. Ahem -- I was -- you know, I'm little embarrassed to s this, but I started feeling a little bit shaky, so I went up to my mother's room, you know, just to rest for a little bit.
Greenlee: But the elevator --
Leo: Yeah, well, it's -- I took the service elevator.
Greenlee: Well, are you feeling better?
Leo: Totally. Million bucks.
Greenlee: Don't you dare leave me like that again.
Leo: I wouldn't even think of it. You're stuck with me. Now, how about we celebrate our little survivor mission? How about a bottle of bubbly?
Greenlee: Mmm. Love it.
Leo: All right, I'll find a waiter. And I'll find you in a little bit.
Greenlee: Ok.

Leo: All right. Oh, hey, hey, Drew --
Drew: Hey.
Leo: How you doing, man? Everything's going well here for you?
Drew: Not too bad, not too bad.
Leo: All right, good. How about a bottle of your best French champagne?
Drew: Leo, you know, you can't put that under your mom's account or Mr. Cortlandt's.
Leo: No, no, no. No need, my friend. I'm paying cash this evening.
Drew: Yeah, right. Leo: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Whoa. Come here. One, two, three -- that'll cover it?
Drew: Yeah.
Leo: Keep the change.
Drew: You got it.

Dimitri: So, you had an uncontrollable urge to go shopping, correct?
Alex: Moi? Me?
Dimitri: Hmm?
Alex: No, I never go shopping. I hear it's good fun, though. If you have time. Of course, I don't.
Dimitri: Yeah? What are we here for?
Alex: Well, I thought that we'd have a nice, pleasant afternoon like regular people. We'll go see a movie.
Dimitri: You're taking me to the cinema?
Alex: Yes, absolutely. You know, popcorn, soda --
Dimitri: Yeah?
Alex: Harrison Ford, chocolate-covered raisins --
Dimitri: How about if the lights go out we can start making out?
Alex: I'd be insulted if we didn't.
Dimitri: Keep talking.
Alex: So then we're going to go and have ice cream.
Dimitri: Uh-huh. Alex: Make ourselves truly sick.
Dimitri: Mm-hmm.
Alex: And then I want to find one of those photo booths so that we can take goofy pictures of each other.
Dimitri: You could never take a goofy picture.
Alex: Oh. So the honeymoon's not completely over, then?
Dimitri: Absolutely not.
Alex: I just want to have some fun. I want to laugh. I don't want to feel guilty, tiptoeing around -- I mean, I just would like to forget about the world for the afternoon. Is that so much?
Dimitri: You'd like to forget about the world?
Alex: Yeah.
Dimitri: All right. Good-bye, world!
Alex: Bye-bye.
Dimitri: Bye-bye.
Alex: Bye.
Dimitri: Enjoy. Oh. Here you are.
[Alex laughs]

Man: Look at you. All grown up and dressed for success. It's a big show, isn't it? You don't have the guts. You never did. When I saw you reaching for that weapon, I thought, "finally, the boy's got backbone." But, as usual, you can't follow through. I'm still here, boy, and you'd better be grateful that I am. I will help you find the courage, find the spine, to take on your brother. For once in your pathetic life, you can take on master Dimitri and win!

ON THE NEXT - - - - ALL MY CHILDREN

Greenlee: I am exquisitely happy.

Dimitri: I am as ready as you are.
Edmund: For what?
Dimitri: That's your call.

Leslie: Are you ready for dinner?
